Day 1 - Keep a journal
A journal is such a powerful way to re-establish with yourself. Write about what is working and what is not working in your life. When doing your 28 day challenge answer the following questions in your journal after each challenge.
I have decide to make my journal an online one. It reflects the structure that i'm trying to acheive.
